HAL #31 – Veggies & salmon stir fry!

Today’s Healthy Awesome Lunch – an easy to prepare stir fry with salmon, corn, asparagus, carrots, a little bit of garlic, flax seeds and some Maldon salt. Ready in 15 minutes and it will help bring your life 15 more years! Also, all the colors in this plate made a gloomy, dark and cloudy Chicago day much happier.
